The State of Mississippi has selected Knowledge Services as its Managed Service Provider (MSP) for all IT contingent labor and milestone/deliverable based projects. Knowledge Services MSP will manage the State of Mississippi’s contingent labor and milestone/deliverable/fixed bid projects to ensure consistent and streamlined processes, on-boarding compliance, improved resource quality and business intelligence.

Under this contract, the Knowledge Services MSP program for the IT labor category is referred to as MSMSP and delivers solutions to help manage sourcing, tracking, reporting and invoicing of Information Technology augmentation services.

As part of its MSP solution, Knowledge Services utilizes the dotStaff™ system to optimize and manage the contingent labor process. Through this platform, open competition assures vendor equality and fair access to business opportunities.
